How does the program work?

  • Starting November 29th all athletes will complete field and gym testing: Squat/Bench/Chin Ups/Bronco/Yo-Yo Test/40m Sprint/Mobility/Core
  • Personalised programming and load management will then be provided through the Online League Academy APP based on testing results
  • All athletes will move through three gym phases in preparation for the 2022 rugby league season - Hypertrophy (size), Strength and Power
  • Field sessions will include MAS training, agility, speed, and conditioning
