Are you looking to take your game to the next level? Our pre season program is aimed at young athletes wanting to push themselves to the absolute limit. Our periodised training will focus on speed, strength and conditioning relevant to all sporting codes. We begin the program with fitness testing; assessing strength and weakness before spending the next 6 weeks grinding towards improvement in all areas. With no more than ten children in each squad we build a team based on support, friendship and common goals.

5:15 - 6:15pm
6:30 - 7:30pm
